Good value, some small glitches
I took the Health and Safety in the Workplace course. The content was decent and covered all the essentials, definitely good value for the price. Delivery of the course access was instant, which was great. However, I did notice a couple of times that one of the video players buffered quite a bit, even with a strong internet connection. Nothing major, but a minor annoyance. Customer service was responsive when I had a question about the certificate download process. Generally a positive experience, but they could polish up the video streaming a little.
